IOM did not pre-announce a "flat" Q. They announced a loss of anywhere from $10-$25 Million for 1st Q 1998.

The "flat" part comes from the fact that they predict revenues will be flat compared to last year (1stQ 1997). This is bad. Very bad.

This indicates a reversal from growth to decline.
