Tom,
The fact that AIPN has this deal in the works does not mean that they aren't working on other possible opportunities with their Russian contacts. This is a good thing for AIPN that Anatole is delivering on his contacts and it is concievable that this is only the begining. The Company and the Russians have a lot to gain from a cooperative relationship. IMHO
