Dave, OK, this anonymous Yahoo person says there MAY be an investigation for fraud by the FBI, IRS and USHHS. Since when do these agencies go around announcing their investigations before they investigate? One pre-announcing/leaking may be stretching it, but all three? Does the New York Observer go around announcing what is going to be on their front page 5 days from now? How could this Yahoo know this? I'm not saying there may not be a problem, but at this point a story like this could be a plant by a shorter. Scenario... company has a great report with a big short position, stock goes up, then a story is posted and spreads like a virus, two message to me about this in a very short period of time. Sigh. Meanwhile people have been hurt. Is the story true? Of course I don't know. At least the Yahoo's opinion is that the "probe" will come to nothing. John
