bruce, i agree that prtl still looks great.looks like they may still be try ing to arb the tres deal .pretty strong offers at 26 last couple of days.think i told you that lehman analyst raised target from 28 to 35.you might look at tgrp. similar to prtl and lehman analyst added to fresh money buy list with 25 target. nick
