JUST VOTE NO!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS INCREDIBLE HOW IRRESPONSIIBLE MAGMT IS..THEY ARE GOING TO FORCE A REVERSE SPLIT OF THE STOCK BY ISSUING ALL THESE NEW SHARES AND DEPRESSING THE CURRENT SHARES, THEN THEY WILL TELL US TO INCREASE SHARE HOLDER VALUE AND GET THE PRICE UP AND MORE ATTRACTIVE THEY WILL DO A REVERSE SPLIT... IT SUCKS AND WE SHOULD LET THEM KNOW!!!!!!!!!
