Dennis, The New York Observer has an online addition, but only available to AOL subscribers. Keyword NYO, maybe someone here with AOL access can find something. Dow Jones has carried the story, this is where the Yahoo must have picked it up, as the wording is similar. I think the NYO is weekly so the story is in the current edition? CEO says not aware of investigation and considers compliance with laws "paramount". If ADVH is free and clear of this, as another Yahoo message suggests, then this could be a great buying opportunity, IMO. John
