GRC, Thank you. Do you know how long a judge can wait to rule on these types of cases? Does "swift" trial apply here or is that just in criminal cases? Sorry for all of the questions, but has this judge been trained in technical matters or does she seek out "expert" advise upon which to rule, throw darts or what. I am not looking for an education, just a general feel for the process. Charles
