Sorry to intercept a message and answer for someone else, but if you don't mind a pennys worth of information. After seeing Doug's post on LAKE, I did a little wandering around to see what I could find. About all that was available was some financial information on EDGAR. I was hoping to read more about their product lines, customers, markets, etc. I did wander over to another message board and read a few of the recent postings. Earnings are expected to be posted any day now. The expectations are for good increases in both earnings and revenues.
The only negative posting (as yet I have not confirmed the accuracy of this information, so please, please don't assume it is on target) is a comment about the potential for LAKE to raise capital with further share sales. Evidently LAKE has hired a new IR firm to write investment research reports on the company. The following excerpt is from that post:

LAKE has hired an IR firm, RJ Faulkner, to write press relases and research reports about them. The most recent write-up from earlier this month specifically mentions the issue of a secondary offering but tries to put a "spin" on it them it would attract institutional investors. Perhaps, but likely at a price. Since LAKE is ultimately controlling/paying for the content of the Faulkners reports, it MUST be credible.
