Just posted on StockHouse by Spratt:

I have just spoken to Richard Marshall ... Reuters is presently coming out with a REVISION of today's release that featured Acosta. They have interviewed Dr. Bernardo Alverez the head of the Energy and Mines commission. He states that Acosta's comments are his own, NOT those of the gov't... It should be up on Reuters shortly.

Additionally, Reuter's reporter is interviewing MO, RF, and RN with more indepth release to follow.
