Hi Patrick,
It depends on what you mean by doing business. They still answer their phone, or did in the middle of February. That's the only thing I have confirmed. They claim to have a couple of cars in production and one in a dealership in Houston. That may or may not be true. Read back a little further in this thread. We are still crossing our fingers, but hope is but a glimmer.
