Why would a well known hospital like the University of Southern California participate in FDA trials,Don't you think they have the capability to make a preliminary determination of the effectiveness of this technology before they became involved?

Why would the FDA review pre-clinical trials and then approve CTI for full scale trials, don't you think they have the capability to discern if there is any merit to this technology, or do they just let any technology go to full scale trials.

Why would Ambient Capital be willing to invest 7 million dollars in CTI, don't they have the resources to investigate the management and the technology and determine the viability of the company before making that kind of an investment?

All of these organizations have been around for a while and have sophisticated procedures that they go through before they would become involved with a company like CTI.

So it makes you wonder, are they wrong, or do they know what they're doing. I'll bet with their experience they know what they're doing.
