Hi Street Walker I follow the semis & semi-equip makers, they are a nice cyclical sector, so they're easy to trade... As far as upgrades are concerned i don't think that will happen till after the next Q...the carnage is just now begining...KLAC & KLIC & NVLS & AMAT will all suffer from the Asian Flu...Albeit some worse than others, but as a group, because of bad earnings it will tend to keep the sector in general low & lower... I would not bottom fish here at the moment, because a BIG CAP BIG BOY could blindside you, and the whole sector would sell off rapidly... As far as the last crash is concerned..We were at higher levels than today, and business was better looking than today...Remember the street has a forward look to it, and from now thru the summer the techs and this sector in general looks very bad... Money Flow is rotating out of the sector in to safer, stronger areas...Remember INTC has warned...the still have to report.. this alone will cap this sector for any meaningful rally... Of course this is JMO..<g>......:>} My Regards, Jerry
