From Yahoo:

I talked with Arthur Dague (Investor Relations at ADVH) this afternoon. The problem seems to stem from the NYO artical that
will report that several doctors associated with Lennox Hospital will be investigated for billing problems. These doctors are
also associated with medical facilities who use ADVH. According to Dague, ADVH is not involved in any problem related to this
story. ADVH has not been contacted by any government agency about the matter. As far as Dague knows, neither have the doctors at
Lennox hospital. ADVH has contacted Dow Jones and Bloomberg to report there is no substantiation to the NYO story and that ADVH is
not involved in any Health/Human Sevices investigation. He told me that ADVH has spoken to a representative of the Inspector
General for HHS who told ADVH there is no substantiation to any involvement by ADVH in any matter related to the NYO story. Is the
NYO something of a rag? I glanced at some stuff on the web and it seems to approach the National Enquirer for quality. Dague
expects ADVH to continue to enroll doctors at the rate of about 60 per quarter, that the stream of licensing agreement will continue
and that ADVH is more than comfortable with earnings projections. I'm pretty sure I got my story straight. Hope it helps!
