You can still sue the hell out of them if they leave a bunch of gasoline and cardboard boxes stacked next to the gas water heater and your car gets scorched.

If a CEO says a company will do $40 million in revenue (I agree Tara, that's why I bought more) and they have no intention of doing it, you can sue. All you need to prove is the company (CEO) knowingly lied to the public. The SEC and others will do the checking.

I have a friend in Honolulu who deals with corporate law and is a great lawyer (had a case reviewed by the Supreme Court). I could find out all the different angles once I hear the whole story. It all depends on how much I lose.

I would personally like to aviod the whole process, but if I get completely screwed, I think I would like a little revenge!
