brian, sorry, i have 2.02. so how does the chat deal work. as for liability, setting up a corporation doesn't protect somebody from committing fraudulent acts. IF (yeah, right) fraudulent acts occur, the liability of the persona nd the company s/b SEPERATE issues and dealt with seperately, imo. makes sense, so it probably isn't reality ;-) good luck all... i hope things aren't as bad as they appear. i will say that this company better announce signed deals prior to returning to trading...
