Hi Salah: I along with many other shareholders would like to see Novell increase and grow their revenues. My only point is you do not make it up in volume at the expense of earnings! Another way of stating it....you sell product to the point where marginal revenue is greater than or equal to marginal costs, no less. I got the impression that Novell would go to the extreme and sell at a loss just to generate more revenue. I am sure we both agree here.

I was surprised to see the increase in IBM's Service Revenue..up 26%. I believe many other companies noticed this as well. Novell's large customer base makes a good core group of accounts 'ripe' for a want-to-be information Service supplier...COMPAQ could provide an interesting fit.
