My indicators have just turned bearish on IOMG and my position was liquidated on friday. Based on current market conditions, high short interest, earnings revisions, and the sudden entry of Merrill Lynch into the picture there is again a great deal of downside risk in this issue. My sources at Montgomery Securities expressed great concern with some of KE statements in the conference call, and also indicated the OEM zip volume for the upcoming quarter will be much less than anticipated. With this stocks past history of being a high flyer many investors are waiting for another big run,but will be disappointed when this stock trends down for the next couple of months. I can not make any price predictions other than to say this is a company with slowing sales and a questionable cash postion. Good luck to those who remain long but remember if the Zip does not become the standard and the Jazz losses its technilogical edge no telling what the street will do to its favorite stock to hate(short).
