Phillip: Yes: we are all pissed off at the poor stock price: but this is not a dead duck. Half of the people designated to clean up the Taxi curfuffel are due back early April in Vancouver. The company is advertising for new employees in Ont and Que; what for? to gear up for new business which is delayed not cancelled. The recent announcements re Adelphia, Indiana Gas will be be added to shortly with NAME and larger players as customers. The third annual customer user-group review and up-date last week, attracted more than 250 participants 75% customers 25% sponsors. User group had good attendance from Europe. I believe the ASTEA contract is in the customer service realm not WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT and not a competitive threat reference Erickson. During last conference call management said possibility back log would be up end of quarter if contracts signed: at that time 18 contracts were in negotiation not all of which were considered obtainable by quarter's end. Zack analyst's forcast $US 0.08 this quarter and 0.75 for the 1998 year. If they don't screw up again from this price level the two year return could be about the best you could expect anywhere! IMHO. BAG
