The float was stated to be 7,803,075.

The news release states as follows;
canceled 2.5 million shares of its previously issued stock, cutting outstanding shares by a tenth and public float by a quarter.

7,803,705 less 25% = 1,950,926 was taken out of the float which leaves 5,852,779

29,084,648 total issued
- 1,950,926
- 549,000
-------------
26,584,722 which is appox 10% reduction of total shares.

This is what I figure;

26,584,722 total shares issued
5,852,779 Float size

Also check the statement about the 4 Million shares as stated when the thread started this information was obtained by the Company please call the Company and verify it. All information that I have stated is the best to my knowledge.

Also the rumor is that their is more news and I am not doubting it. Do yourself a favor call the Company and make your decision.

This is not directed at you Jim I know you do you DD.

Also note the following on the news release;

''It is anticipated that on a long-term basis some of its acquisitions may be spun-off to Tianrong shareholders via stock

Looks like stock of Companies they acquire will be distributed to shareholders not bad for a .095 cent stock with a low float. My personal opinion is that it won't stay at this price very long.
