Well, don't forget it went from 35-60 in 6 weeks and they haven't implemented very much of their business plan yet...so this is a pretty reasonable correction. This legal thing is worrying though. I too will call IR and see what they say. Clearly there was a reason cable companies were given monopolies to begin with, so why doesn't it still apply?? I never thought that one through.
