This is hilarious stuff! Rather than go the usual non-reporting route. This crummy bulletin board stock is throwing more than 1,000 pages of indecipherable filings at their shareholders. Mandarin Overseas Investments, as I recall, traded some gold mining rights in Alaska to HRCT for a chunk of HRCT stock. You'll find several references to Mandarin in some of HRCT's early filings. Isn't full disclosure wonderful!
