Hi Kris. I just got a packet from them. Very timely. At first blush, I like the fact that rev. has doubled in just three years.(93 was about 1.5m vrs 96 about 3.9m). I also like the fact that the loss has been steadily narrowing. July 31 10-Q loss of 96k. However, last year they made money, albiet only 22k. The company brought in a new CEO Sept 24, Geoffrey Lawrence, formally of Impact Systems out of San Jose. According to the press release he was central in growing rev from 500k to 18m. I like the technology and the company is in a good enviromental niche. The number of shares is unnerving (14.1m) in light of the start-up stage of this company. Finances look OK. All in all I'd rate it as a reasonable speculation for a portion of a portfolio of minipriced stocks. Mike
