Phil, thanks for your post. Unfortunately, Bob is probably right.

I hope this thread will provide information about what is going on with IHIN; i.e., some of us here are trying to link to newspapers and SEC records to keep up to date on this breaking story. Hopefully, people will sort through this information an make their own assessment of the situation. For most, this will be a learning experience.

Right now, things are very serious, too serious for a funny guy. The fact IHI is in receivership and assets have been frozen should say something #reply-3751169.

Other things besides a trading suspension are at play, like the SEC charges to be heard Mar 24. It appears the fate of IHIN will be fought out in the courts. This could take time although it is my understanding the company will continue to operate.

The more we add to the thread, the more we learn. So if anyone has a fact, gripe, or something to add, have at it.
