Hi all, Sorry it has taken so long to get this post up but I did stop by the bar to "juice" it up some. Not to drown my sorrows but to start the celebration. One more BK hearing (April 22) and it will all be over. In a positive sense that is. Final papers will be submitted and this phase of TMM history will be over. We will finally be out of BK completely. That vacation must have done wonders for the judge atleast for TMM's sake. We had a new attorney representing us this time. In my opinion, he did a better job and did not get off on the wrong side of the judge at the start. Mike settled the account with the trustee. The amount was $1250 after all. That trustee sure had the wrong figure last time. There was a little going back and forth with the judge as for the next hearing. The judge wants this over with. So in 30 days (April 22) we will again come before the judge and finish this off. Papers will be filed I'm guessing in 2 weeks. I will be out of town on the 22 of April but will check with the BK court before I leave to see what is submitted. But I must admit I am relieved. Just think I will not have to attend any more of these hearings again. I'll tell you is has really turned me sour on attorneys. Again today on other cases all the moneys after liquidation is eaten up by the attorneys. Thank god TMM does not have to go through that. Thanks guys (Tom and Mike) for not having to put us through that. Now it is on to business. I briefly talked to Tom today and he said the office has moved to Main St in Santa Monica. I have not gotten any details but will. I was too concerned for todays hearing to pursue that but will post later. Larry PS, sorry shark TMM will back to life soon to haunt you. HAHAHAHA!
