I got that Permanent Injunction against my buddy who stole my money. As for vengeance, start with a formal complaint to the Securities Commission. In Ontario, it's the OSC. Do that for now, okay? Don't procrastinate because in court, they'll ask you why did you suddenly decide to file a complaint against us after so many years? Get it?
