I actually hadn't accused. I simply stated facts and asked questions. If that ruffles your feathers, so be it. Regarding ACRT there are huge questions about their business in my mind. I have read the 10K from 1997 and compared it with the prior year's filing. I spent time on the footnotes. I am uncomfortable with the valuations that are bandied about by the stock promoters here. Add the several bankruptcies and law suits and questionable past history of management, and it starts looking like the Penn in Penn Center doesn't come from the railroad. You begin to wonder if this is a shell company set up as a work-release rehab center. Sort of a half-way house for fallen air conditioner guys. Isn't this Social Darwinism gone wrong? Dan
