How about a joint venture where the major earns its share by completing the feasibility study and building the mine. I bet (and I am by buying KRY when it opens) several majors have already gone over this with KRY, and my wild guess is that Freeport or Barrick will move quickly after KRY wins its court decision.

My only worry is that KRY may not get much $, just look at Bema and Arizona Star and the deal they cut for Cerro Casale with a crappy senior.
