Don,

Just trying to get some questions answered. Like Warren Buffet
said in his annual letter to shareholders, if you're a long term
investor, you should be happy if stock prices drop. You can
go bargain hunting.

But seriously, to answer Paul Body's question about the future,
I guess I was speaking in general, the fact is that the "en route"
entertainment industry is going to grow significantly. TNCX has
a proven product which it is already selling (unlike many of
the hopeful upstarts). With the convertible offering, any short
term liquidity concerns are abated. The company is showing a trend
of improving sales and eventual profitability, It is making partnerships
with established partners. Etc......

Granted, the future ain't in the bag already(they can't all be Wegener
Communications, WGNR:Nasdaq) (oops, was that a shameless plug?) But,
the recent bumps do not indicate any kind of change in long term
prospects.
