Peter, anyone who starts an account with e-trade HAS to go thru arbitration to get any money they feel they are due. I suggest that you call or go to the SEC website for futher instruction to start your suit if you are unsatisfied with e-trades customer relations department. This is the route that i and countless others have had to do. E-trade paid out over $5 million last june for that month alone, in settling arbitration suits. I haven't kept up with the number lately.

As for other electronic brokers try this daytraders.com

There are about 10 on there to check out.

good luck
