If you've been checking pinks "facts", how come you never picked up on the fact that he lied about American Indemnities? How about the fact that he misrepresented Mr Aharoni? How about the fact that he said TADS weren't patentable, then said they weren't legally enforcable after he found out the application had already been accepted?
Your "sanitized version" of the Dunn and Bradstreet report is very interesting. Did it ever occur to you ACRT might not report to Dunn and Bradstreet? Did it ever occur to you that one of the reasons ACRT is doing so phenominal is because they are keeping their costs to the bone, and may not wish to pay to look good, or go out of their way to spend days turning over nonsensical info to references that will not do them a bit of good because they don't need them?
