Hello Dr. Zeev, I spoke to Ir today about that same issue. They said that the Reg "D" was converted last November... and the increase of the float was due to the PP that was done over a year ago.. I think that the cloud of TPP over head and the US filter deal that still isn't totally solidified has caused people to grow tired... I still think that this one will turn around one day....
