IN: In general, I think TA is more useful when a stock is moving then when it is stagnant, like VLNC is right now. It helps to determine overbought and oversold levels. IMO, the only thing to be gleaned by TA of VLNC right now is that it is likely to move sharply soon. Problem is the direction of the move is not apparent. Good news could move it up to $7 very quickly, although there is overhead to digest from those who bought during the pre-CC runup.

TA is certainly an art, not a science. I am very much a beginner at it. I have observed some who are quite successful with it, but even they are wrong a good part of the time.
