Brad....thanks for the informative posts. I've just found this thread this week (along with a whole lot of others apparently), and am just starting to do some DD. I'm hoping to call the company before the week is over, and the info on this thread, the website, and what little poking around the net I've done so far have sounded very promising.

But here's the main question I've got right now: regarding the share price dive from $6.00 to 0.15 last year....what in the world happened? The company's vague explanation, about a "lack of action" regarding pushing ahead with an investor relations program, seems a little incomplete. That kind of decline doesn't seem like a sag due to not enough pr; its a complete collapse. Does anyone have any more details about the story on the collapse? Also, how did they weather it? Has the company said anything about how it has affected their ability to raise money, keep inventory, etc?

These are questions I'll ask Banyan directly, but I'm curious if anyone else has any comments or insights, and am interested if anyone has dug out any financial details in the aftermath of last year.

Thanks,
Sam
