Question - would you be more willing to pay $500 for a iphone or $600 for a pentium class computer? According to an article in last weeks Business Week computers will be selling for $600 in time for Christmas.

I haven't seen a demonstration of the iphone but I have read it has received praise from industry observers. However, I don't believe that sales of the iphone alone will take this Company's stock to new heights.

Lets say the iphone goes the way of the cell phone. For example, it is given away or for discount when you sign-up for various on-line services.

This is a tough company to evaluate. Not much information available as to what is happening. I called IR twice asking for information. Both times it never came in the mail. I suspect they knew something was up and thus didn't want to give me information that would have led me to purchase the stock right before it plummets.

I have to say, down at this price level it is tempting to play again!
