their true colors.


Uh, would that be Microsoft? Never met a standard they didn't want to own, eh? That pesky TCP/IP is Unix proprietary, you know. Bill said so himself.

The bickering has already started.

Already? The bickering started long ago. Guess who the bickerer in chief is.

Java is unix all over again.

That's what Microsoft wants, of course, and is doing its very best to make happen. Will they succeed? Maybe, maybe not.
