Who's biased? It's pretty clear that the Hunter family and other insiders dined pretty richly at the pre-IPO and IPO troughs. It also illuminates the makeup of the board as a bunch of insiders, if not outright family members. This revelation doesn't give me much faith that future dealings will be any more fair to shareholders than the past. Believe it or not, many IPOs don't halve in value. I think this article shows a good reason why purchasers of this IPO are sucking serious wind. Hopefully, at some point this company will be run as seriously as Cree, but it may see $5 before it sees $15 again.
