I can't help but love the way this stock is moving, not too fast, not too slow. I would guess that most of the people in at .50 who plan on selling in the short term are out by now. I saw a few good sized buys at 1 3/8 yesterday so we may very well see 1 1/2 by Friday, however I won't be disappointed if it doesn't make it up there by then yet. I'm basically grasping at straws here, but I have a few theories on the stock price movement lately and for the mere sake of conversation I will post them:
1. Investors are slowly waking up and realizing the potential here.
2. a large buyer (or a few of them) is accumulating a good mass of shares in small blocks every day, so as to not cause too much of a stir in the price. (ie, a .70 jump in one day, then a .40 decline the next) Also could be some of the new board members buying up a position in the company they are now members of?
3. Somebody knows some good news. We have not heard from CEO in a while, of course he probably hasn't needed to say anything lately, since there are no off rumors or uncertanties to calm, but it makes me wonder if there is a quiet period required of company officials before they make large announcements. Does anybody know about this? Or he could just be too busy working to be able to get on the net. I hate to say it, but I feel more comfortable when the CEO doesn't have the spare time to get on the web twice a day to inform investors how well the company will do.....as soon as he logs off. (that doesn't mean I don't ever want to hear from him though!!)
4. The guy pushing the buttons (the MM) has met the woman of his dreams and has been having freaky circus sex every night, and has been in a really good mood lately.
I guess you can tell, the further down the line you go the less realistic these theories are... haha.. just for a disclaimer, all of the above is merely for the sake of conversation. I am not an expert, in fact I think the word amateur would be an exaggeration of my knowledge of investing. |
