Thanks for the info, Fidelity indicated that they need the cusip numbers, before they would sell, I gather there large size and audience, don't want people not able to honor the order and have to go after them?

My opinion on Ridgewood, is that based upon cutoff/record dates the
IPO if it happens should be set 2 years before going public, give or take a few months.

The next round after most mutual fund banks convert to stock is
consolidations. That's were real money can be made, and not limitations on the allocations. I opened my Ridgewood accounts right after the Roslyn conversion, 1/97. But only have minimum amount of monet in there, would you suggest, that I add more money into Ridgewood, or do they go by the balance as of record date??????
