Finally got some good news.

Sylvan/Identix Fingerprinting Centers LLC, has begun a program with Rockville, Md.-based NASD Regulation Inc. to make electronic fingerprinting services available to all members of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

Hope this results is some positive movement. The last time I looked at the trading pattern I noticed that each time there was many small buys that bid the price up some one would come it with a large sale. Was someone dumping?? Who knows, perhaps they were frustrated and just got tired of waiting.
