All of the above:

First off, we are all going to do exceptionally well holding NRT long.

I think TSE listing is imminent. The question is; who bought all the shares between 0.80 and 1.60? The answer to this will reveal whether or not more accumulation will be coming. I will try to find out.

Also remember that CCM has warrants to purchase 810k more NRT shares at $2.00 before 29Sept98. This to me is a foregone conclusion. However, there is a distinct possibility that the subscribers to the Feb97 financing could take NRT down to near $1.00 after a CCM exercise at $2.00 before their Feb97 warrants expire in Feb 99 (very risky). They may have already exercised them, but I doubt it.

I hope the stock price is not as "predictable" as I make it out to be (and hopefully we'll have some big news in the next year to drive value). But, if "predictability" is in the cards, I see Mr. Rieder's first task to get NRT listed on the AMEX as well as, or instead of, the TSE.
