I believe it can be a strong statement by a marketing company. If a marketing company does not believe strongly enough in doing an excellent job of marketing (having an excellent working website for example) then what does it really do? The website is a minor detail and does not require management to be focused on it to make it properly operative. Why do you think management has to be so involved with such a simple task? Sometimes, what a company does not do speaks as loudly as what a company does do. The company obviously does not have someone responsible for the simple task of having the website properly operative. Why not?
