Hi Duke, Looking good. On your count you would add the 7 boxes times 3 = 21 to the low O of 71 for a target of 92, I believe.

The drop in the columns of O's the one box from the previous column at 72 to the next column at 71 is a rough call. It is a double bottom but not a real strong sell signal, as you see that it did not really materialize. I think the vertical count works best when the stock has been in a selling mode for some time and then the first column breaking that mode gives a very strong indicator.
