Integrated Health Services Changes President OWINGS MILLS, Md., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Health Services, Inc. (NYSE:IHS) announced that Lawrence P. Cirka, company president, has left IHS employment to pursue other interests. Robert N. Elkins, Chairman and CEO will assume the position of President and C. Christian Winkle will continue to serve as chief operating officer. Mr. Cirka's departure is amicable and he will continue to consult with the Company on an as-needed basis. "I have seen Larry grow and develop personally along with the Company and wish him nothing but success in his future endeavors," said Robert N. Elkins. "We have built a strong and experienced management team at the corporate, regional and local levels and do not expect any disruption in the execution of our strategy."
