Re: Olympus Magneto-Optical Drive SYS230

Are the performance numbers really that good? Sounds a bit too enthusiastic to be an objective piece of journalism. Does anybody have the real-world performance specs handy? IMO when the zip drops to $99 and a disk gets to $9.99 the SYS230 will be history, if it isn't already.

You would be much farther ahead if you'd stop posting. You are paranoid, ignorant (not an insult but its true) and just don't listen. Please someone correct me if I am wrong, MM's make their money on the bid/ask spreads. Why would they care which way a stock goes? Why would they risk jail time manipulating (supposedly) stock prices (if they even could for more than a few hours or day)?

IHMO the true power in the market place are the mutual funds and their need to invest the billions in 401k money they get each week. This bull will continue (with pullbacks like this summer) until boomers start retiring by the millions and cashing out their nesteggs. When that happens look out below!! The selling pressure will be tremendous and will last for years on residential real estate, stocks, and collectibles. The opposite is true for bonds, preferreds and other income investments. Look for this effect to appear around the years 2009 - 2011.
