Has anyone tried to crunch the numbers that Intheflesh gave us? .36 X 25 = $9.00 share price? How does the merger work in terms of share exchange. lets say we have 40mil shares / 4 = 10million shares. Does that mean the original company only had 2mil shares outstanding before the merger? help. buster thanks fred comments from a true gentleman..........putting out status on all subjects tommorrow.....as far as nasdaq situation combined companies will have combine eps of 36 with a 25 multiple on 12 million shares on a 4 for 1 exchange ....do the math my friend love you all
