I agree with your entire post, unfortunately I think you are hoping for a miracle if you think the SEC is going to speed up. There has been a lot of this going on with a lot of the BB stocks, sometimes more obvious than with KMGG yet there are very few investigations and even fewer arrests or exposures. Some of these firms are very sophisticated and well "organized". Some of them are not so much but get certain kinds of "leverage" put on them by outsiders to manipulate the stock. Once they move to a real exchange this should change. A large investment from the Swiss would help bolster the price as well as remove much of the float which these guys use to manipulate the stock.

Just my 2 cents.
