Eric, At the risk of Luis thinking I'm fixated on the subject, I think it is less of an issue than the current board not owning. It is not uncommon at major corporations for new board members to own know stock in the company and then acquire it when they are on the board. With a smaller firm I believe it is more of an issue. I am not thrilled that Hennessy owns no stock. But if it is an issue that he owns none it is an even bigger issue that so many of the current board own none. That said, I believe this debate over the issue of directors owning stock has become a distraction and polarized the debate on this thread and Yahoo. I would still like to see a coherent statement from each side as to what their vision for Lidak is and that is what we should be making our decision based on.
