Snake, I don't know the ins and outs of a reverse split, but my version is if they must get the price of the shares over a dollar to get relisted on NASDAQ and short term on the BB it's only $0.50. Then a 4:1 reverse would pop the price to $2.00. Provided everything went well and share price continued improving we wouldn't be hurt up front. If however, the 30 million authorized shares that have not been issued are not subject to the reverse then our percentage goes from 40 to 15 of authorized!!
If the share value gets above $1 then we have some protection from the need to reverse split. Again, though, at that price a split not affecting the 30 million unissued shares would bring that value from $30 million to $120 million. Could build the entire Sportsworld 2000 project with that kind of cash. My thoughts only!
