Doesn't the patent expire in 2002? If so, what happens if the trial doesn't begin(for whatever ridiculous reason) until after the patent has expired? Can you still try to collect royalties for dates after the patent has expired due to the fact that the trial didn't BEGIN until after the patent had expired?
