Sam,

I think the $6.00 shareprice was when most of the stock was held by a very few.....trading between themselves mostly, as there was no following for BANY....no volume to speak of.

The company began screaming about short selling about the time the stock dropped below the $2.00 range. BANY also backed out of a marketing deal with Echo Marketing after doing DD on the company. They found some things that they felt would make a deal a poor move for the shareholders. I think this may have played a role.....Folks like deals that go through.

I have been seaching for the smoking gun too....have not found it.

I know that Myself and several others have been picking up lots of stock over the last five months. 500,000 shares, in fact. Pull the charts for the last five months.

Now......Only two ways we can go. Either the company is feeding the stock to us while claiming that no insiders would sell at these levels....or they have been shorted to us. We think it is the latter.....or we would have been out of BANY long ago.

We could be wrong....we could be right. It is very clear cut to us. It is an all or nothing play.
